Was on my Precision Matthews 1440gt lathe, I’ve used this holder for a few years. Only used for gunsmithing work so it’s not been abused or used hard. Does include a universal t-nut, one 5/8 tool holder and a Grizzly right hand MTJNR-1616K-16 insert tool holder.
