Was on my Precision Matthews 1440gt lathe, I’ve used this holder for a few years. Only used for gunsmithing work so it’s not been abused or used hard. Does include a universal t-nut, one 5/8 tool holder and a Grizzly right hand MTJNR-1616K-16 insert tool holder.

Item wasn’t used very much. Just was kinda left inside a non climate controlled machine shop and had some surface rust that was cleaned off. As u can see item looks very good. Item in pictures is exactly what you will receive.
