Quick change tool post and tooling for Central Machinery mini lathe + extra general purpose tool holders. 7×10, 7×12, 7×14, and 7×16 mini lathes. I no longer need them because I upgraded to a bigger lathe. Please see pictures and read further. 2 of the general purpose tool holders are OEM. The additional ones were made by me. Tool heights to be set by you and locked in place with included jamb screws. Thread locking compound also included. Tooling, M5 HSS shanks, brazed carbide shanks, and brazed carbide boring bars are included. The boring bar carbide is C2 and the shank carbide is C6. All cutting edges have fresh grinds. The following is missing from the OEM tool holder package: The 2 die bump knurler is missing its die set because I’m keeping them for my clamp knurler. I’m also keeping the hand feed drill chuck too. Usage tips: Use very heavy oil or grease between the tool post block and the top of the compound slide to attenuate high frequency chatter. Adjust the compound slide angle and tool post block angle to a position that minimizes moment loads on the compound slide with respect to the compound slide’s lead screw axis.
